SMPTE Welcomes Dayna McCallum as its New Strategic Partnerships Lead!

For more than twenty years, Dayna has worked with many of the biggest artists and companies in post production and entertainment technology. Having spent nearly eight years in the role of Publisher of postPerspective Magazine, she brings a unique “perspective” to the SMPTE team. In her most recent position, she served as Commercial Director for the UK-based Bubble Agency.

Dayna started her career as a “facility gal” in post and audio post houses. She also served as Global VP of Marketing & Communications for Ascent Media’s Creative Services Group, overseeing all marketing strategy and public relations outreach for the industry’s largest collective of creative post companies, including Company 3, Encore, Encore VFX and Todd-Soundelux.

A graduate of Sarah Lawrence College, Dayna spends her non-working hours travelling, enjoying the theater and cheering on the NY Mets.
